How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you will receive at the time the package will be shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and select international destinations. Options are shown at checkout.
Do you ship to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 ?
Yes. At Isla 84 NYC, we're proud to serve clients in the Dominican Republic.
Because international shipping rates can be high, most of our clients in DR use their preferred courier service to receive orders quickly and affordably. Orders can be sent to your Miami courier. Final delivery and fees are handled by your courier.
How it works:
- Place your order at isla84.com.
- At checkout, enter your Miami courier address (BM Cargo, CPS, Vimenpaq, Domex, EPS, etc.).
- We ship your order to your Miami address.
- Your courier delivers it directly to you in the Dominican Republic.
It’s the fastest and most cost-effective way to receive your candles.
Important notes
- Shipping from Miami to the Dominican Republic is paid directly to your courier.
- Delivery times and costs depend on your courier service.
- Please make sure your courier account number is included in the shipping address.
You can also pay for direct shipping such as USPS, DHL, etc. All custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
What if my package is delayed in transit?
Please contact the carrier directly. Isla 84 NYC is not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost after they are picked up by the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to retrieve the package from the shipping carrier, the client will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
