Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and select international destinations. Options are shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. U.S. delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Do you ship to the Dominican Republic?
Yes. Orders can be sent to your Miami courier. Final delivery and fees are handled by your courier. You can also pay for direct shipping such as USPS, DHL, etc. All custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the client.
Do you offer Complimentary Shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account here. Once your order ships, you'll also receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each candle is carefully crafted in small batches, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What are your candles made of?
A coconut-soy wax blend, wood wicks, and clean, phthalate-free fragrance oils. Hand-poured in New York City.
How long do they burn?
12 oz: ~ 60-70 hours
5 oz: ~ 25-30 hours
Care & Burn Tips
How do I get the best burn?
Trim the wick, allow a full melt pool, and burn 2-3 hours at a time.
Why is my candle tunneling?
This happens when the first burn is too short. Always let the wax melt fully across.
